The Yahoo/Overture network has a handy tool that allows us to check how many times a term was searched for in the last month. The tool recently updated to show December's results, and they provide interesting bits of info. Unsurprisingly, search terms like "Xbox 360", "Xbox 360 console" and "Xbox 360 game" crop up, but take a look at some of the other popular ones:
It appears that a huge proportion of people searching for Xbox 360 on the net actually don't have one - they are looking for one! Check out how many people are researching the problems with Xbox 360 too. Rumours of a recall of defective Xbox 360 consoles obviously caught on as well. There are almost as many people are searching for Xbox 360 problems as there are for Xbox 360 premium! |
