Final Fantasy XI Coming Soon |

| Square Enix just announced the release Final Fantasy XI this week on the Xbox 360 platform. Final Fantasy XI and it's expansion pack "Treasures of Aht Urhgan" is rolling out across the globe in the first triple-platform global MMORPG release. Aht Urghan was just released for Windows, and is included in the Xbox 360 version of the game, along with Rise of the Zilart and Chain of Promathia. Bonza! FFXI is the first MMORPG on the Xbox 360 platform - let's hope for lots more. Currently, there are 500,000 players, and 1.7 million characters roaming the virtual world. The interesting thing about this Final Fantasy game is that the online service is shared between PS2, Xbox 360 and PC. Cross platform MMO action, sounds like a blast!
