We're looking for some entheusiastic volunteers who want to support the site and get involved with the next generation.

If you're always in possession of the latest Xbox 360 news, have excellent spelling, grammar and general English skills, and would like to contribute to our community, we're interested in you!

Whether it be writing editorials or submitting news, we want your help to ensure our site is always packed to the brim with new information.

REQUIREMENTS

[*]You have preordered an Xbox 360, or intend to buy one in the near future.
[*]You are 17 years of age or older.
[*]You can dedicate time to writing for mx360.

I satisfy the requirements. However, I have a question: How much time am I expected to dedicate to this endeavor? I mean, would this be an everyday affair or like a once-a-week type thing? The gentleman above me meant: I meet those requirements, but what exactlty do you need? I will soon work at Gamestop.

I am very interested in working for you. I meet all the requirements and, in addition, I live right around the corner from an EB Games (I've become good friends with the manager there) and a Future Shop (a Canadian electronics store owned by Best Buy). I've pre-ordered my Xbox 360 and will be picking it up at midnight on the 21st, along with PGR3, Madden 06, PDZ and, possibly, Condemned. Obviously, I'll be playing these games until the sun comes up (at which point I'll get some breakfast and then resume playing until my eyes bleed). If you want someone who is getting the system, getting the games and can't wait to tell everyone about it, I'm your man.

In terms of how much work - well, it depends what you want to do. If you have a flair for writing, then a weekly editorial would be fine. However, we update news several times a day here - so adding news weekly wouldn't be of much use. I would, of course, reward more dedicated staff with free Xbox 360 stuff I will take a look at the responses tomorrow and then start contacting people. Feel free to PM me if you want! I would be interested in this. 360 Fanboy here. I already write for a few sites in the past, and I'm quite experienced with it. I have too much time on my hands, I could probably write for everything you could possibly want to be written about, hehe. Anything to make the community larger I would love to be a part of.

No job right now , spent most of my time on the computer, doing research on the 360.I pre-ordered the 360 in april and perfect dark, and Kameo.I do help in forums like xbox.com and here a couple of times.I have noticed that some of the news you recieve is fairly quick, but i do a lot of searching on the net so I seem to find quite a bit of info before other sites do so I've been posting in xbox.com.If you need someone to give a hand I would love to be given the opportunity too be a part of a Great site, that could be the best.

I'm 36, I have a job, and I love gaming. I received the original PONG for Christmas in 1976, and have had virtually every major console ever released from then until now. Atari 2600, Atari 5200, Intellivision, Colecovision (the most underrated system in the history of gaming), Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Gamegear, Gameboy Advance, PSP, Nintendo DS, PS1, PS2, XBOX, and now XBOX 360. And yes, I'll be owning a PS3 on release day. Of course, I have a desktop and a killer laptop also. I'm not a fanboy for a particular system... I love all gaming, and I firmly believe competition among major manufacturers is the single greatest driving force for positive change in the industry. I used to spend $25 a week in quarters at the arcade playing DigDug, Mr.Do, Pacman and Karate Champ. Now I spend $1000 every 5 years buying new consoles. The numbers change, but the premise remains the same. I want the newest, best thing available, and I hope to be the first of my friends to have it. I am the definition of an Early Adopter. Well, I was thinking to do a thread with tips (possibly an abbreviated walkthrough) and answers to questions on FFXI. As far as that goes, if you give me the go ahead I'll do it.
