| So, the Xbox 360 launch version 2.0 has started. After the new Xbox arrives in North America way back on November 22nd, Microsoft's next generation bandwagon has made it safely across the Atlantic. Looks like a few Premiums went overboard though, as shortages are rife around the UK and Europe! Having preordered was a necessity in almost all cases, with the entheusiastic yet disorganised missing out. The guys from the official Xbox magazine were at GAME's flagship London store on Oxford Street - the only London GAME to open at midnight due to shortage problems. After all, who wants disgruntled gamers roaming the mean streets of London town? Check out the pictures of the midnight launch at GAME, showing the first Xbox 360 owners in Europe, the first geezer to sell a box in Europe, and a bunch of other happy chappies. |
