FalseProphecy Super Moderator Contribution: 59	It's really not the console that overheats, since it's liquid cooled. It's the dang powerbrick that overheats. Most of the time, it's because stupid people just toss the powerbrick behind their cabinets, nestled in with other cords in a stuffy crack next to the wall. Hence, they overheat. ____________________________

vidyostar this SEXY Chic Contribution: 150	hey guys, the dreaded crashing 360's huh?! well if you really love your system like i do then they'd take more careful responsibility handling it. my setup is pretty nice... mine sits on its tummy elevated two inches from the glass custom stand i make which a put a tray of dry ice under it and then i bought a portable fan that sucks air from the heat vents of the console and of course i have the power AC block suspended of the ground with custom hangers- WARNING - this method may not i repeat NOT work for all 360's but i wanted to test my method and left my 360 on for two hole days and not one problem has rised as of yet... oh yea and keep it in a room with good cool air circulation... FalseProphecy Super Moderator Contribution: 59	Don't use dry ice. The vapors that would be sucked into the system could 1) ruin the system or 2) ruin your TV. I highly doubt you had access to dry ice, but whatever. ____________________________

I'm just simply saying that good ventilation is pretty much key, to maintaining a well properly working 360...boy, you males on here just love to make girl seem stupid! but,... i guess?! As for thouse who are, just take good care of the system and make sure you place it and its power sorce in its own little area away from Hot or cramped spaces. Still having problems....?
