Has anybody else gotten totally screwed on their xbox360 repair ? We sent ours in November and we still have not gotten it back yet. We have called the 800-4-myxbox people about 30 times and they have yet to return the xbox to us. It was an xmas gift for my 8 year old son and he has not gotten his xmas gift yet. We are in the process of reviewing consumer attorneys to sue microsoft for this fiasco. |

Now that is bad service. Although with the amount of new Xboxes being opened on Christmas Day, you've got to expect some kind of lag in the weeks after. The lack of communication is the worrying thing though - I hope your son gets his 360 soon ____________________________ Luke myXbox360.com |

my son got his in april no warranty(I was dumb ) then we found out that xbox extended the warranty for 1 year if it was purchased before dec 31 we called and they sent us a box we had it repaired with in 3 weeks but in the interim we bought a refurbished xbox and they will not honor the warranty they suck hope you get yours soom |

You know, one thing to do is to call the local TV/radio station and ask for the consumer liasion reporter. They could also be the consumer action reporter. Tell them the details. Trust me, they love to mess with big companies on behalf of the "little guy". Let us know how it turns out! |
