Xbox 360 Controller - Dismantle

Anyone taken apart a wireless controller? 2 buttons are sticking on mine and I want to give the internals a clean.

I've taken the 6 screws out but the parts don't want to seperate and I don't want to force it.

Any ideas?

there are seven screws - one is under the barcode sticker in the battery compartment!
