Replacement 360 freezes constantly

So a few months back I got the RoD. I sent it in to get repaired, and I'm fairly certain they just replaced it all together. I put in CoD:4 MW, and what happens? I play one game smoothly, and it freezes. It has progressively gotten worse over the past 2 months. And now it freezes randomly during games and after every full game. It is horizontally positioned with amazing airflow. Any tips?
